Location inside the terminal.

Couldn't even provide a bottle of mineral water. Asked us to drink from the tap - Singapore nu water which is basically treated sewage water. Don't try to teach your guests how to suck eggs.

Superb

Great transit hotel

Room was clean, quiet, dark and comfortable. The beds were nice. Access to the pool was included in the room price and was a wonderful addition. The meal being included in the price was a great addition for us. The shower was hot and large. Most importantly for me was that the rooms were very quiet. The rooms are also air-conditioned so you can get the temperature you want.

Being very picky, there is a night light under the bedside table that is not able to be switched off . This was a nuisance and I covered it with a pillow.

Great stay with great staff

From the moment we checked in nothing was a bother . The staff were very helpful and the room was clean and had everything we needed . The location is perfect for an overnight stay when transiting .
