Considering the price, the stay was great and met my expectations

Clean and new facilities. Very professional and receptive staff. Great bathroom.

The bed. Terrible. I actually had to go lay down on the floor because the bed gave me a bad case of motion sickness.

Excellent location,good rooms,nice washroom facilities.

Mattress was not comfortable.It was too soft so caused some back ache for me.

Initial checkin process disappointing

Room with a view and bedding configuration was not available at checkin . Had to move rooms twice and still was not given the room which was confirmed and prepaid for!

Breakfast was outstanding as was the friendliness of the staff

The was extremely functional but lacked extras such as adequate storage space, no bin and no tissues.

Excellent quality and value hotel next to train station.

Fourth time staying here and its always excellent. Comfy public areas are the best. Buffet is extensive and plentiful but I like that they remind guests to consider food waste before filling their plates. Rooms super-quiet although its hard to keep the sound of rain out in Bergen :) Staff very helpful and jolly over the Christmas period. Umbrellas available for going out in the usual weather.

Good location with excellent breakfast at affordable pricing

Nice design in the room, modern furnished and very cozy. The location was just beside the train station. The bar and breakfast downstairs were also good with quite a few options. Love the smoked salmon and cheese options.

The breakfast should have hot food such as hot soup.
