Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 Arrive at King Shaka International Airport- Durban
- Upon arrival at the airport meet with representative who will help with your transfer to St. Lucia.
- St. Lucia is South Africa's first world heritage site.
- Check-in to your hotel and rest a bit. Later meet for a brief introduction of further day plans.
- Later go to explore the village of St. Lucia.
- Overnight at the lodge in St. Lucia.
Day 2 iSimangaliso Wetlands Park
- After breakfast, proceed for Simangaliso Wetlands Park.
- Proceed on an open-air 4x4 safari
- Explore meandering forests, vegetated sand dunes, and amazing Savannah grasslands.
- Get a chance to Kudu’s grazing, Buffalo stares, and Rhino’s and leopard.
- HIke to the top of Mission’s for goregous views.
- Later proceed to the beach to relax.
- In the late afternoon, watch Hippos and crocodile on a boat ride in the largest estuarine systems of Africa.
- Return back to the lodge for overnight stay.
- Meals: Breakfast Lunch and Dinner.
Day 3 Hluhluwe Umfolozi Game Reserve
- Early morning head for Hluhluwe Umfolozi Game Reserve Big 5 Safari.
- Breakfast and Lunch will be served in the bush.
- Game drive to spot the Big 5 , Cheetahs and wild dogs.
- In the afternoon return back to the lodge for relax.
- After early dinner, head for a night game drive to iSimangaliso Wetland Park.
- Overnight in St. Lucia
Day 4 Transfer to Durban
- After breakfast, transfer to Durban.
- On arrival, transfer to the hotel for check-in.
- Visit Japenese Garden and Indian Quarter.
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5 Durban Beaches
- Today after breakfast, go to Ushaka Beach.
- There are many activities to indulge in at the beach.
- Go Surfing and swimming in the water
- The day is to enjoy and relax at the beach.
- In the evening, visit Mandela Memorial Sculpture.
- Overnight in Durban.
Day 6 Departure
- After breakfast, get transferred to the airport for your flight back.
- Accommodation at the hotels mentioned or similar.
- Government Sales Tax.
- Visa Charges for South Africa.
- Meals, coach transfers, entrance fees, excursions, sightseeing and surface transportation as mentioned in the itinerary.
- The cost of your Trawelltag / Assist with Insurance is valid for the duration of the tour for passengers up to the age of 70 years.
- Compulsory tips to drivers & guides (ZAR 30 per person per day).
- FLIGHTS ( can be included if mentioned at the time of booking)
- Optional & Add-On tours unless mentioned otherwise.
- Any increase in the airfare/taxes/routing charged by the airlines on air tickets (presently calculated on (01st Aug 2013).
- Any increase/surcharges on the tour cost/airline owing to High Season, Trade Fairs, Exhibitions, Conventions, Special Events etc.
- Porter-age at hotels, apartments, airports and seaports, laundry, wines, mineral water, telephone charges, insurance and all items of personal nature, also food and drinks not forming part of the group menus.
- Anything not specifically mentioned in the 'What Your Tour Price Includes' box.
- An additional amount of INR 1000/- is to be compulsorily paid by way of 'Secure Your Booking Amount.
