Day 1 Arrival & Boat Ride to Zanzibar - Leisure Evening
  • Upon arrival at the airport, a representative will escort you to the boat that will take you to Zanzibar. 
  • Head out to explore the island and try some local cusines.
  • Overnight at Zanzibar.
  • After scrumptious breakfast, head for a full day tour of Prison Island.
  • Take the 30 minute boat ride to the island. 
  • Upon arrival, visit Tortoise sanctuary. 
  • Later head for snorkelling and swimming in the clean water. 
  • You can sunbathe at the beach and have lunch at the island’s restaurant.(on your own)
  • Later return back to the hotel.
  • Overnight at Zanzibar.
  • Today you have a free day to plan your own activities or laze around the beach or in your room. 
  • The day is at leisure. 
  • Overnight at the hotel.
  • Today after breakfast, head for a tour to Jozani Forest.
  • It is best known for its red colobus monkeys. About 6000 red colobus monkeys are residing there in the forest.
  • Later go on the Pete-Jozani Mangrove Boardwalk. Walk through the thick vegetation and across the creek. 
  • Later return to the hotel for an overnight stay. 
  • The evening is free.
  • Today after breakfast, take a dolphin tour.
  • This tour starts early in the morning as its easier to spot dolphins at that time of the day.
  • The trip will start from Nungwi to Mnemba. Start with the dolphin tour and then snorkel at Mnemba reef. 
  • Later return back to the hotel for overnight stay.
  • Today after breakfast, head for a tour of the spice farm . 
  • Here you can experience different kinds of species and learn about them. 
  • Then head for a cooking class and learn to cook the local food. 
  • Have a delicious spiced lunch. 
  • Take a tour of the farm and buy species if you want to.
