What's Good: Support and availability of staff. Special thanks goes to "Bharti Thakur" Immediate resolution of issues came up during the trip. Crystal clear communication as well as terms and (Read More) conditions. No change in itinerary and surprises affecting my trip plan.
What's Not Good: Lack of communication regarding places to visit from cab driver. Sedan vehicle given to me was bit old. Better if you provide new vehicle for such a long and hilly area trip.
