Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Leh - Acclimatization and Local Sights

On arrival, pickup from the airport and transfer to hotel.
Later, acclimatize yourself with the low atmospheric pressure because of the high altitude of Ladakh.
In the afternoon, visit Leh Market, Leh Palace, and Shanti Stupa.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Leh to Lamayuru and Ule/Alchi - Monasteries and Moon Landscape

After breakfast, drive to Lamayuru.
En route visit Liker Monastery, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, and Magnetic Hill.
Check-in the camp/ resort at Ule.
After lunch, drive towards the mesmerizing Moon Landscape.
Visit Lamayuru Monastery (one of the oldest monastery in central Ladakh).
Overnight stay at camp/ resort in Ule.

Day 3: Ule/Alchi to Leh - Monastic Marvels and Hall of Fame

After breakfast, drive back to Leh.
En route visit Alchi Monastery, and Hall of Fame.
Afternoon is free to explore Leh.
Overnight stay at hotel in Leh.

Day 4: Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La - Scenic Drive and Camel Safari

After breakfast, proceed to Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass (the world’s highest motorable road).
By afternoon arrive at Hundur.
After lunch, you are free to explore Diskit and Hunder villages.
Enjoy a camel safari in sand dunes between Diskit and Hunder village.
Overnight stay at camp/ resort in Nubra Valley.

Day 5: Nubra Valley to Leh - Monastery Visit and Valley Views

After breakfast, visit Diskit Monastery.
Enjoy a magnificent view of Nubra Valley.
Drive back to Leh by same route crossing Khardung La Pass.
In the afternoon, you are free to explore Leh.
Overnight stay at hotel in Leh.

Day 6: Leh to Pangong Lake - Journey Through Chang La Pass

After breakfast, leave for Pangong Lake through Chang La Pass.
Chang la Pass is the third highest motorable road.
Enjoy the spectacular beauty of the lake.
Overnight stay at the camp at the bank of Pangong Lake.

Day 7: Pangong Lake to Leh - Sunrise and Monastery Exploration

Early morning, enjoy a picturesque view of sunrise.
After breakfast, drive back to Leh.
En route visit Hemis, Thikse Monastery, and Shey Palace.
Overnight stay at the hotel in Leh.

Day 8: Departure from Leh
