Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival at Srinagar & Local Sightseeing

You will be met by our representative at the Srinagar airport. He will assist with your transfer to the hotel. Later, proceed on a sightseeing tour of the world-famous Mughal gardens, including Shalimar, Nishat, Tulip Gardens (Asia’s biggest tulip garden), Botanical Gardens, Chesmashahi, Parimahal, and the famous Hazratbal. All the gardens are situated on the banks of Dal Lake, with the Zabarwan Hills in the background. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2 Srinagar to Gulmarg (Day Trip)

In the morning, leave for Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers), located 2,730 meters above sea level. Gulmarg boasts one of the best ski slopes and an 18-hole golf course. If the weather permits, you can also view Nanga Parbat, the "Naked Mountain," towering over 26,000 feet and dominating the entire region. Enjoy a cable car ride (Gondola at your own cost) up to Khilangmarg. In the evening, return to the Srinagar hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 3 Srinagar to Sonmarg (Day Trip)

Today, after breakfast, proceed for a day excursion to Sonmarg (Golden Meadow). Sonmarg lies in Sind Valley, surrounded by mountains and adorned with flowers. It is also the base for some interesting treks to the high-altitude Himalayan lakes. Enjoy horse riding up to Thajiwas Glacier and sledge riding on snow (on direct payment). Overnight stay at the hotel in Srinagar.

Day 4 Srinagar Drop for Onwards Journey

Your time in Kashmir has taken you from the breathtaking meadows of Gulmarg to the imposing valleys of Sonmarg. You have ventured across the expanse of the valleys, experiencing the region’s sensational landscapes. From the opulent glow of serene lakes and springs to the towering mountain peaks, Kashmir holds the wonders and majesty of an entirely different world, where you have wandered, wondered, and seen it all.
