Day 1 Arrival in Guwahati and Transfer to Shillong
  • Distance/Time: Approx. 100 KM / 2-3 Hours
  • Arrive at Guwahati Airport/Railway Station. Meet your company representative and drive to Shillong.
  • En-route, visit the picturesque Umiam Lake, created by damming the Umiam River.
  • On arrival in Shillong, check-in to your hotel.
  • Later, enjoy a sightseeing tour of Shillong, visiting the Don Bosco Centre for Indigenous Cultures, Lady Hydari Park, Wards Lake, Shillong Golf Course, and Mary Help of Christians Cathedral.
  • Overnight Stay: Shillong.
  • Distance/Time: Approx. 130 KM / 4-5 Hours
  • After breakfast, drive towards Krangsuri Waterfall, with a stop at Jowai in the Jaintia Hills District.
  • Visit Thadlaskein Lake, Lalong Park, and Tyrshi Falls.
  • Continue to Krangsuri Waterfall, a spectacular spot known for its breathtaking views.
  • Proceed to Shnongpdeng (Dawki), check-in to the guest house, and spend the rest of the day at leisure.
  • Overnight Stay: Shnongpdeng.
  • Distance/Time: Approx. 125 KM / 7-8 Hours
  • After breakfast, enjoy water sports like kayaking, snorkeling, zip-lining, and cliff jumping.
  • In the afternoon, drive towards Cherrapunjee, stopping at Mawlynnong, the cleanest village in Asia.
  • Visit the Single Decker Living Root Bridge and climb the bamboo watchtower for a 360-degree view.
  • Continue to Cherrapunjee, check-in to your hotel, and relax for the evening.

  • Start your day with breakfast followed by a sightseeing tour of Cherrapunjee.

What's Good: I booked my Anniversary Trip to Shimla and Manali with Dreamland yours and travels. It was our first time visiting himachal and so we wanted someone to preplan it for us so that we (Read More) can just relax and worry about nothing. I came in contact with Kiran and from day 1 till the day I was back home she was in continuous contact, checking on us, checking with the driver about our well being and our location updates. The hotels she arranged for us were top notch. To our suprise, Kiran upgraded us into super delux hotel with great view for our manali stay. That was so sweet of her. Our driver - Manoj ji was very very very sweet and cooperative. I was unwell for the first 3 days of the trip and he made sure to get me meds and food, frequent bathroom stops and he was our guide for the tour too. Would really recommend Dreamland tours and travels for anyone who wants to have a hassle free and relaxing trip to Himachal.

What's Good: Everything was well organized. All stay options were good.
What's Not Good: Most of the places were dry in cheerapunji due to off season -Feb. And some places were closed (Read More). I would suggest to check this before going.
