Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Kolkata to Jammu

Board a train from Kolkata Railway Station to Jammu.
Overnight journey.

Day 2 Day on Train

Spend the whole day stay on the train.
Overnight journey.

Day 3 Jammu to Katra

On arrival at Jammu Railway Station, transfer to Katra.
On arrival in Katra, check in to the hotel.
Have lunch and take a rest.
Dinner and overnight stay at Katra.

Day 4 Katra to Vaishno Devi

In the early morning, proceed for Mata Vaishnodevi Yatra at 04:00 AM by walking/horse/dandi/pittu(at your own cost).
After darshan, check in to the hotel.
Dinner and overnight stay at Vaishno Devi.

Day 5 Vaishno Devi to Srinagar

After early breakfast, proceed to Srinagar.
En-route have lunch
On arrival in Srinagar, check in to the hotel.
In the evening, you can go for a nature walk near Dal Lake.
Dinner and overnight stay at Srinagar.

Day 6 Srinagar Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing in Srinagar.
Visit Shankaracharya Mandir, and Chasma-shahi Garden.
Return to the hotel for lunch.
After lunch in the afternoon, enjoy a Shikara Ride (to be paid for directly) in Dal lake.
Dinner and overnight stay at Srinagar.

Day 7 Excursion to Sonmarg or Jusmarg

After early breakfast at 07:30 AM, proceed for an excursion to Sonmarg or Jusmarg.
En-route have lunch.
Return to Srinagar.
Dinner and overnight stay at Srinagar.

Day 8 Excursion to Gulmarg

After breakfast at 08:00 AM, depart by bus to visit Gulmarg.
Full day to enjoy Gulmarg on your own.
You can enjoy horse riding/cable car ride which is known as Gondola from Gulmarg to Khilanmarg (to be paid for directly).
In the evening, return to Srinagar.
Dinner and overnight stay at Srinagar.

Day 9 Srinagar to Pahalgam

After breakfast, visit Hajaratbal - Masjid, Nisatbag, and Shalimarbag.
Afterward, proceed to Pahalgam.
En-route visit Cricket Bat Factory (if open) and view Pampore Saffron Fields.
On arrival at Pahalgam, check in to the hotel.
In the evening, enjoy photography.
Dinner and overnight stay at Pahalgam.

Day 10 Pahalgam Sightseeing

After breakfast, spend the full day relaxing & sightseeing in Pahalgam.
Proceed to Chandanwari for a view of Lidder Valley and Aru Valley (at your own cost).
In the afternoon, go for a nature walk at the Betab Valley or the Lidder Riverside Trek.
In the evening, enjoy a campfire and gala dinner.
Overnight stay at Pahalgam.

Day 11 Pahalgam to Patnitop

After breakfast, proceed to Patnitop.
On arrival at Patnitop, check in to the hotel.
After refreshments and lunch, take a rest at the hotel.
Dinner and overnight stay at Patnitop.

Day 12 Jammu to Kolkata

In the early morning, drive to the Jammu Station to board the train to Kolkata.
Lunch and dinner en route.
Overnight journey.

Day 13 Day on Train

Spend the whole day stay on the train.
Overnight journey.

Day 14 Departure

On arrival at Kolkata Railway Station, proceed for your onward journey back home.

What's Good: It will remain one of the best experiences ever. Mr Kapil of Krish Travel was very much helpful in every way and i could feel his concerns about his clients when we planned the itn (Read More)erary and package price. Hotels provided were also very professional. And our taxi driver during our stay of 5N 6D at Kasmir, Mr Tanveer was very friendly and cooperative as well as helpful. Overall experience was superb. Will definitely recommend Krish travel and Mr Tanveer.

What's Good: Our trip to Kashmir was truly memorable one. This time we were travelling with our 7 year old son so were a bit worried about safety and over all the entire arrangement. But honest (Read More)ly, we did not had to be bother about anything. The trip was so well planned by Mr Pervaiz and his team. We stayed in some of the best hotels and houseboat in srinagar, pahalgam and gulmarg. All 3 places r equally charming, and we could complete all the sight seeing within time because of the well planned trip. Mr Pervaiz was careful about our safety through out the trip. He had been in touch with us personally everyday, enquiring about our whereabouts. We were carefree and enjoyed to the fullest. We were blessed enough to have one of the most experienced guide cum driver. Mr Mumin was a native of srinagar and was very knowledgeable about all the places. He helped us a lot and gave the best possible advice with regards to local food, activities and its rates, shopping places etc. He was quite playful with our child and kept him entertained throughout which is most difficult when travelling with a child. Overall, I would highly recommend Explorus travels to anyone who wants to travel to Kashmir and enjoy the serenity without worrying much about the arrangement. You will get the most organised, well curated itinerary here for the best price. I would like to specially mention the open minded approach of Mr Pervaiz towards all the last minute changes I requested him due to changes in our schedule and he did it all on just one phone call. Most travel agencies do not entertain this. He had been very humble, honest and ground to earth with us till the end of our trip.
What's Not Good: There was hardly anything that I could complain about. Had great time in kashmir.
