    Chandertal Lake is renowned for its stunning Himalayan beauty. The lake is accessible (8 km drive) from a point after crossing Kunzum La pass.

    Disclaimer: The accommodation here is basic and the stay can be a little adventurous at the high altitude.
  • After breakfast, drive towards Keylong from Kaza.
  • On the way, visit Kunzum Pass, Chatru, Chota Darra and Tandi.

    Situated at an altitude of 3350 m, Keylong is the headquarters of Lahaul and Spiti district of Himachal Pradesh.
  • The route to Lahaul takes a traveler over Rohtang Pass (3980 ml), Koksar (1st village of Lahaul), Sissu, Gondla and crossing the river Chandra Bhaga at Tandi.
  • Reach Manali in the evening.
