How Fraudsters Are Misusing Holidify’s Name

Impersonators are using unofficial email accounts (e.g., Gmail) containing the term “Holidify” to represent our company falsely.

🔴 Using Holidify's Logo as their Whatsapp Profile Photo

🔴 Fabricated Documents
To deceive travelers, scammers fraudulently use Holidify's GST certificate, address, and PAN card number. 

🔴 Unsolicited Payment Demands
These fraudsters claim to represent Holidify and request upfront payments for travel bookings or services that are not associated with us.

How to Identify Authentic Holidify Communications

1️⃣ Official Email Domain
Holidify communicates exclusively through emails from our official domain (e.g., @holidify.com). We do not authorize any emails from free platforms like Gmail.

2️⃣ Verified Travel Agents
Holidify connects you with verified travel agents through our platform. Always verify the agent’s credentials directly via Holidify before proceeding.

3️⃣ Payment Policy
Holidify does not collect payments directly. Transactions are made between travelers and the verified agents or service providers.

What to Do If You Encounter Fraud

If you come across any suspicious communication or suspect fraudulent activity:

Do Not Engage or Make Payments
Avoid responding to suspicious emails, calls, or messages from unverified sources. Never share personal or financial information.

Report the Incident

Contact Cybercrime Authorities
