The Dubai Rugby Sevens are the longest-running sports event in the middle-east, since its inception in the year 1970. It is held annually at The Sevens Stadium in Dubai, UAE. The inauguration of the 2024 edition of the Dubai Rugby Sevens marks the 55th instalment of the event. The event owners, Emirates, have collaborated with a few organizations and have made holiday plans for the fans who will be flocking to the stadium to keep them engaged during their visit. There are different categories for the men's and women's teams, whose matches will be happening simultaneously in various pitches out of eight available grounds. The event also hosts an invitational Netball tournament, alongside the Rugby tournament.

How to Reach the Venue

To reach the stadium, you could take a taxi from the airport or you could drive down to the stadium, which has an ample parking space for over 12,000 cars. Overseas travellers will have to make personal arrangements for their travel (flights, cabs, etc), visas and accommodation. However, if you need a ride back to the city from the stadium, they offer bus services starting from 6:00 PM till 1:00 AM or you could take a taxi from the taxi rank available at the venue, near the main entrance.

The event is free to access for everybody on Thursday, i.e., 5th December 2019. The rest two days are ticketed, and they have different prices, provided you wish to attend individual days or the whole event together.

1. General Admission

The General admission includes the tournament prices and the concert by Kylie Minogue on Friday. You could get a daily pass to attend either on individual days or both days of the event.

2. Reserved Seating
