- Visit the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) website at www.ica.gov.sg
- At ICA homepage, scroll down to section Frequently Accessed eServices and click on Visa(SAVE)
- Scroll down and click Status Enquiry
- Enter your application reference number (which you have received on your e-mail while you have applied at any authorised website) and the travel document number
