The Kofini Santorini Fruit & Vegetable Market is a well-known produce market for selling various fresh fruits and vegetables, including figs, bananas, apples, pumpkins, tomatoes, grapes and much more. Established in 1974, Canava is the first distillery to have opened in Santorini and is famous for producing high-quality spirits using only local materials and traditional techniques.
