India's First Sky Cycling Park at 9300 ft. to Open Soon in Manali

India's first sky cycling Park is all set to open in Kullu

Have you been waiting to sky cycle in India? Well it's high time India got its sky cycling Park and its finally set to open in Kullu's Gullaba Area. Reports suggest that it is India's first-ever sky cycling spot and visitors will be able to cycle at a height of 9000 ft for a distance of 350 m. It is planned to open doors to tourists in the next fifteen days. 

In the interest of boosting tourism in the region and bring about a new attraction for the tourists, the Forest Department and Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Mountaineering and Allied Sports collaborated to undertake this project in Kullu. The activity will be open to all from mid-September. Gullaba area is all about the Flora and lush landscapes with a very scenic view. 

Kullu Divisional Forest Officer Neeraj Chadda, said with reference to this development that "the project was executed at a cost of INR 13 lakh to provide visitors with the opportunity to take part in adventure activities amid nature. He also stated that the local people will be trained to provide service to the tourists, and will help in generating employment opportunities for the youth here."

The popular hill station will now expect a larger footfall due to this new attraction. Along with picturesque locations and serene surroundings, and activities like paragliding and skiing, Kullu is now going to house India's first sky cycling.  It is indeed a good initiative for Kull and India's tourism industry.
