The Adana Archaeology Museum houses a collection from the Neolithic, Bronze, Iron, Roman, and Byzantine period and is dedicated to the history and archaeology of the region. It has an important collection of artefacts that inhabited the area, including pottery, sculptures, and coins from these periods.
Nestled in the museum are also exhibits on the history and culture of ancient civilizations that lived in the area, including the Hittites, the Romans, and the Persians. Additionally, there are temporary exhibitions, educational programs, lectures, and workshops hosted in the museum.
How to Reach : From Mehmet Nuri Sabuncu Road enter Cumhuriyet Street across the Double Minaret Mosque, the museum is at the end of the road.
