How To Reach Amboseli National Park

Amboseli has its own airstrip, Amboseli Airport, which accommodates domestic flights from Nairobi's Wilson Airport. The flight duration is approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Amboseli flights cost around $162 per person for a round trip from Nairobi.

For those travelling internationally, you can land at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi and take a transfer to Nairobi Wilson Airport.

From Nairobi, travellers can reach Amboseli National Park by road. The distance between Nairobi and the park's main entrance gate is around 230 kilometres (143 miles).
