Meserani Snake Park, located 25 kilometres west of Arusha, is renowned for its diverse collection of reptiles, including venomous snakes like Black and Green Mamba, Egyptian Cobra, Puff Adders and many more, as well as non-venomous species like pythons. Visitors can also interact with crocodiles, lizards, and tortoises while guided by knowledgeable staff.
Visitors can take guided tours to learn about the park's reptiles and participate in activities like snake handling, camel rides, and crocodile feeding, all supervised by professionals. The on-site museum offers educational displays on reptiles and their cultural significance, while also featuring a Maasai cultural museum showcasing traditional life.
