Just 300m of the coast road to Kusamba, Pantai Siyut in Guyana is a secluded spot to enjoy the panoramic view of the ocean without the congestion and activity of Bali's typical touristy beaches. Mostly deserted, it is recommended you bring a parasol to sunbathe here and enjoy the tranquillity since the beach has almost no tourist infrastructure and the closest house is 100m away.
A favourite amongst surfers that are in the know, Siyut Beach is known for its strong and powerful breaks that make for great surf. However, this also means that it is not the ideal beach for swimming and a close eye should be kept on those that do enter the water. Huble 'warungs' that serve fresh seafood can also be sporadically found Siyut Beach's beautiful black sands, and offer the perfect place to get some lunch or snacks.
