Located in Baltimore, Maryland, the Jewish Museum of Maryland is set within the original settlement of the Jewish population during the Great Northward Migration, otherwise known as the Black Migration that occurred between 1916 and 1970.
The museum features displays that tell the story about the experience the American Jewish had in the city, and also throughout the state - Maryland. Some of the features include Jewish food and fashion, and Jews in cinemas, among others. There’s also a small gift shop that offers Jewish gifts and Judaica.
