- By car, take the B-24 highway and follow signs to Santa Coloma de Cervello.
- By train, take the R5 line from Barcelona to Santa Coloma de Cervello station, and then it's about a 20-minute walk to the site.
- Ferrocarriles de la Generalitat de Catalunya (FGC) trains from Plaza Espanya in Barcelona can be taken to Colonia Guell.
- Once at Colonia Guell, visitors can follow the blue steps to the Visitor's Center if arriving by train, park in the free parking lot, and follow signs to the Visitor's Center if arriving by car, or be escorted by a guide if arriving by bus.
