Batam's most prominent architectural icon, the Barelang Bridge is a must-visit for architecture buffs. Located on Jl. Trans Barelang, Galang, Barelang is a cable bridge that connects Batam with several islands to the south. Visit this architectural marvel around sunset to watch the sun dip over the Batam islands and capture some marvelous pictures.

Batam Grand Mosque- The Batam Grand Mosque is situated 15 kilometres from the Barelang Bridge. Also known by the name Masjid Raya Batam, this mosque has a dome which is in the shape of a rectangular pyramid. Being the largest mosque of Batam, Batam Grand Mosque can accommodate up to 3500 worshippers in it. Apart from being a symbol of the glory of Muslims in Batam Island, this mosque has also been designated as one of the national tourism destinations.

The restaurant is beautifully placed above the water with a stunning view of Barelang Bridge. The fish and prawns are a must-try in this restaurant. The restaurant is easily accessible from the bridge as it is located 600 metres away from the bridge.
