Batumi Boulevard

Stretching for seven kilometers along the waterfront, Batumi Boulevard is a 7 km long picturesque and vibrant coastal promenade with biking paths, 4 historic alleys, and more than 40 thousand trees. It also features a Japanese garden, marked by red Japanese-style entrance gates, and a zoo corner with 140 different species of fauna. You can witness a variety of attractions such as Batumi Lighthouse, Ali and Nino statue, Alphabet Tower, Batumi Colonnades, and the beautiful mosaic art known as Cafe Fantasy Octopus, along the way. The most popular attraction here is the Dream Column, a labyrinth puzzle. As per the beliefs, the dreams of those who complete the puzzle will come true.

A pine forest with nearly 2500 pine trees grows alongside the coastal line on the Boulevard. Batumi Boulevard provides a serene setting for evening strolls along with breathtaking views of the Black Sea. With colorful dancing fountains, beach bars, and amusement rides, the boulevard’s architecture is a testament to the city's rich history and its recent efforts in urban development. There is a cycling track along the boulevard and you can rent a bicycle or scooter for one hour. It also hosts cultural events, festivals, and concerts throughout the year, that add to its lively and dynamic atmosphere.
