The Dibeklihan Culture and Art Village is located in Yakakoy village, on the route from Yalikavak to Bodrum. Dibeklihan is built based on the concept of han or caravansary of the old Silk Road. The village is a culmination of food, fashion, arts and crafts. Many restaurants are serving Turkish and Mediterranean food and cafe bars with open-air cinemas. There are also shops selling clothes, rugs and handicrafts. Art exhibitions and cultural and entertainment events take place regularly.
Summer is the ideal time to visit Dibeklihan as most of the events and exhibitions take place during this time. Many art shops close during winter, though cafes and restaurants generally remain open. Steaks are the most ordered food, and silk and cotton products locally made in Anatolia are the most popular products.
