This museum offers a meticulous look at a half-century of culture and features new forms of contemporary art. Created some 40 years ago in a former colonial warehouse (Entrepªts Lain_), it focuses on emerging art forms. It houses a permanent exhibition of some 1,300 works by 190 artists.The CAPC also organises temporary exhibitions, lectures and discussions on art history, guided tours, and learning experiences for children to pique interest in all, irrespective of what age one is.
