The Abderrahman Slaoui Museum is a privately owned museum located at 12 Rue Du Parc in Casablanca. Spread across 3 floors, it displays the collection of the businessman and art collector Abderrahman Slaoui, including old posters, paintings, and 18th and 19th-century Moroccan. The Orientalist posters are popular and mainly about travel and tourism.
The museum hosts the work of contemporary artists quarterly and many art workshops, including one on calligraphy in the Maghrebi script. In addition, there is a literary cafe on the terrace and a gift shop. Although the exhibition signs are in French and Arabic, a printed guide in English is available upon request. You may also undertake guided tours to understand the art exhibition better. It is located near Mohammed V Square and is only a few minutes' walk away from the tramway station of the same name.
