The Jackson Park Golf Course was one of the first public golf courses in the Midwest built by Tom Bendelow in 1900. Situated on the land, which held the World’s Columbian Exposition in 1893, this 18-hole golf course meanders across the 500 acres of Jackson Park.
It is filled, with hardwood trees, which protect the fairways, the greens putting, and also provides a challenging experience for the golfers. Their driving range is a perfect place for golfers to practice their swing. Par 3’s and 5’s reaching 200 and 560 yards respectively require the golfers to use every club in their golf bag. With the skill training for the kids to enhance their golfing skills, the golf course also offers several league plays.
