The Cavu Valley is located nearby the town of Rosso Tagilo and has hiking opportunities which the whole family can enjoy. The 10.5 kilometres long hiking trail of the Cavu Valley unravels the Punta de Quercitello at 1460 metres and the Pinarello Bay for you and it also has a snack bar en route.
The hiking traces the Cavu River and lasts for about 4 to 5 hours with the highest point at about 520 metres. Rated moderately difficult with crossing points laden across the path, children under 5 years of age will also be able to manage the 436 metres of ascent and 430 metres of descent. If you ignore the yellow markings, you will land at the Garrique which offers panoramic views from 400 and 500 metres above sea level. Do not forget to wear comfortable shoes and pack warm clothes and a towel before you set out for the hike.
