Deeg has a number of Havelis from the late 17th and early 18th century. Hugely inspired by the Mughal architecture and designs. Most of these are built in marble and follow a common design.
All these Bhawans were put to use by the Jaat empire when they were ruling the throne. These ancient structures have been a witness to many crucial decisions of the history, some have seen bloodshed while others have been silent observers of the romance of the royals. Nand Bhawan, Kesav Bhawan, Hardev Bhawan, Kishan Bhawan and Suraj Bhawan are the popular ones in Deeg.
