Digha, a perfect weekend getaway for all those who live in West Bengal is the most enticing during winters. October to February is the best time to hit the beaches at Digha. Apart from beaches, there are aquariums and gardens to cover, for which the most comfortable time is during these months. Winter is also the time for the biggest celebration in the whole of Bengal- Durga Puja. Summers in Digha are hot and uncomfortable with temperatures rising up to 37 degrees celcius. This isn't an ideal time to visit the palce. Whereas in July the monsoon rains might wash away your plans to enjoy both beaches and amusement parks. The level of humidity is higher making it less pleasant to travel.
