Konigstein Fortress, Dresden Overview

Königstein Fortress is a hilltop fort located above the village of Königstein on the left side of the River Elbe in Saxon Switzerland, close to Dresden. Perched on Europe's one of the largest hilltops, it offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

Numerous attractions and areas of interest may be found in Königstein Fortress. The Magdalena Tower, the Casemates (underground fortifications), the Well House, and the stunning views from the bastions and ramparts .
