Dubai Opera House is home to many events from music, theatre, comedy to music. With it being the top venue for some of the Emirate's biggest performances, one can find the latest list of events taking place at the Opera House here.

Booking tickets: Tickets can be booked online or on spot. But for shows that are popular, it is advisable to book the tickets well in advance. You can book tickets from their official website.

In this premium tour package, visitors will be taken behind the scenes to where some of the biggest performers in the Opera House have been and their dressing rooms, auditorium, backstage areas, piano and trap room, sound room and the rarely seen seat storage area when the auditorium transforms into flat floor mode.

The Loft @ Dubai Opera

Timings: Saturday-Thursday: 5 PM - 12AM; Friday: 12 PM - 4 PM (Brunch) & 5 PM -12 AM; Sunday: Closed

Located on the rooftop, this experiential restaurant offers diners five different experiences. The zones are:

Located on the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid road, opera is accessible by car, taxi, bus and metro. The place is at a walkable distance of about 15-20 minutes from the Burj Khalifa metro station and Dubai mall bus stop. If you plan on taking your private park, an underground paid parking service can be availed for AED 40.

Lying across the well-known Dubai fountain and near the Dubai mall, this opera stands tall resembling a dhow. The traditional boats, ships, yachts and transporting vessels are synonymous to Dubai’s economy. The opera shaped like a ship is a tribute to Dubai’s history and represents the contemporary and age-old designs and culture. This structure took three years to be completed and made functional.

Made of glass and transparent sheets, the opera consists of approximately 2900 led lights and 21 dressing rooms. It is designed in a way that provides luxury experiences to visitors. The roof-top restaurants, cafes, bars, sky gardens and views of the Dubai fountain and the great Burj Khalifa from the terrace are incredible. The performance and rehearsal space are designed intricately, and the overhead reflectors, towers and acoustic shells enhance the audio-visual and light quality.
