Surajkund International Crafts Mela

Faridabad is also famous for its 15-day annual Surajkund International Crafts Mela. Since its inception in 1987, the Surajkund Mela is widely flocked by art connoisseurs and enthusiasts to witness the colourful traditional craft festival of India. It is organised in the month of February (Feb 1-15) every year. This fair exhibits the great artworks of the artisans from different states of the country. In other words, we can say that the whole country unites in one ground to celebrate its diverse ethnicity and art. You can not only buy these artefacts but can also have a look at how they are created, as some of the artisans work on their masterpieces then and there. There are a lot many things beyond art or artefacts that are to be seen. Cultural programmed, tempting food from all the states of India, camel rides, folk dance and music are a few things to experience

Faridabad is the most peaceful city in delhi ncr better than Gurgaon or noida .Only concern is pollution due to big industries. People are well educated . Geographically it's best location because it (Read More) is the only city which connect gurgoan , noida and delhi .
