You will find a plethora of trendy products in this quaint lifestyle boutique, such as clothes, accessories, bed linens, upholstery, crockery and cutlery, jewelry, wooden fixtures, soft furniture, handmade decor items, wicker baskets, rugs, mats, and more.
Founded by Sri Lankan artist Barbara Sansoni, Barefoot is globally famous for preserving and promoting the art and craft of Ceylon. The uniqueness of Barefoot lies in the fact that there are no factories for mass production. Each product sold is made of organic materials and handcrafted by local artisans. They have a separate range of household products, handmade by Earthbound Creations in Kandy, that are made of recycled raw materials and are completely eco-friendly. Barefoot also sells award-winning books by Sri Lankan writers.
