For 2 days 10,000 is more than enough.

Definitely. You can find a cheap hotel for as low as 500 per night and a good hotel for 1500 per night. Add 300 per day for a bike rental or 1000 per day for a car rental. Add 1000 per day for food a (Read More)nd another 1000 for drinks at good pubs.

Yes. Really depends on where you stay and how you travel. Taxi is very costly, rent a bike. 4k stay, 2k food, 1k commute, 2k booze. Very little to no water sports. No casino.

You will have to look for local vendors in and around Panjim. Goa doesn't have players like Zoomcar, Revv or Drivezy.
