Located right in the middle of an ancient jungle, Kaieteur Falls offers an enchanting view and a lifetime experience.
A trip to Guyana is incomplete without a visit to Kaieteur Falls nestled in the middle of Kaieteur National Park. Situated along the Potaro River, the falls are no less in beauty when it comes to the comparison with çngel, Niagara or Victoria. The sight is remarkable when almost 30,000 gallons cascades down a 250m cliff offering visitors an exhilarating experience. The falls, depending on the season, are of width 76m (250ft) to 122m (400ft) wide. One will also be able to enjoy the sight of scarlet Guiana and miniscule golden frogs on the trail approaching the falls.
