Located at the estuary of Bach Dang River, approximately 20 kilometres from Hai Phong city’s downtown, this enormous landscape is a complex of historical monuments. Also recognized as a National Historic Relic, it comprises a temple to commemorate the brave hearts of Bach Dang river’s battles, a Truc Lam Pagoda, a victory square, and a museum; thus, making it a prominent tourist attraction in the cultural and spiritual aspects as well. Although all its mountain peaks are fancied by tourists, the most popular is U Bo, from where the visitors can get a panoramic view of the magnificent river. Definitely a must-visit!
