Mangaldham is a Hindu temple situated on Relli Road in Kalimpong, West Bengal that is built in the memory of Guruji Shri Mangal Das Ji Maharaj. Lord Krishna is the principal deity here. The temple complex is known for its embellished statues, lush gardens and the vibrant sanctuary.
Sprawled out over an area of more than acres, Mangaldham is divided into a few floors, of which the ground floor is where one would find Guruji’s Samadhi. The prayer hall is on the top floor where there is an idol of Raj Shyamaji with those of the Revered Prannath ji and Shri Guru Mangaldasji on either side of it. The two sides of the prayer hall depict scenes from the Krishna Leela such as the meeting between Nijanandacharya Shri Devchandraji meeting Lord Krishna and Prannath ji blessing Bundela Chhatrasal Maharaj. The temple has also undertaken several initiatives such as opening a pilgrim centre, gurukulam for boys and hostel for girls, Pranami goushala, seva sadan hospital etc. Moreover, there is garden outside with flowers where visitors can walk around.
