Saklikent Canyon, Kas Overview
Saklikent Canyon or the Hidden City is located in the Saklikent National Park in Muğla Province, Seydikemer. It is the longest canyon in the country and one of the deepest in the world with a depth of 300m and a length of 18km! There are two hiking trails of different difficulty levels along with natural mud ponds along the trail and Gizlikent waterfall nearby, making it perfect for adventure junkies.
The geography of the canyon makes it possible to explore the entire length only with advanced expertise and professional equipment. Some parts of the famous landmark are not even accessible before April. The national park itself is conveniently accessible by renting a car or via dolmus bus from Fethiye which costs around $3-$5.
