The Pin Parvati Pass Trek is one of the most challenging and rewarding treks in the Indian Himalayas. It connects the lush, green Parvati Valley in Kullu to the arid, stark landscape of the Pin Valley in Spiti. Starting from Kasol in Himachal Pradesh, this trek offers trekkers an exhilarating experience of crossing the formidable Pin Parvati Pass at an altitude of 5,319 meters (17,450 ft).

Permits : Trekkers need permits to enter the Pin Valley National Park and the Great Himalayan National Park. These can be arranged by trekking agencies or obtained at the Kullu or Kaza Forest Department offices.
Rail: Chandigarh serves as the nearest railhead to Manali; the total rail distance being 397 km. From Chandigarh, you can either book a bus or a cab to reach Manali.
Road: One can easily book a seat on a bus from Delhi to Manali; there are regular bus services to and fro from Delhi. The total distance between the two destinations is 611 km by road. If you are fond of road trips, you can also go by your personal car.
