The contrast of colorful flowers against the stonework of the temple is a sight to behold. This temple is believed to be one of the twelve Jyotirlingas and is held in high reverence by believers. The idols here are believed to belong to a period between the 7th and 16th century. This shrine is an important religious landmark.
