Agios Thomas Beach

The beaches in Agios Thomas is located near the village of Karavados, only 15 kilometres away from Argostoli. The long stretch of the coast in Agios Thomas is divided into two beaches. Both of them are surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. The first beach on the coast has soft sand, has a quaint tavern and is relatively smaller. The second beach, on the other hand, is larger, accessible only through a rocky stretch and is a popular site for sunbathing. This beach is equipped with more facilities such as a changing rooms, parking space, sunbeds for rent and a snack bar.

Both the beaches have the signature calm crystalline waters that Greece is known for. Moreover, the depth of water is relatively shallow and warm, making them ideal for swimming and playing in the water. Agios Thomas is also a popular spot among divers, as diving equipment can be rented on its beaches easily.
