Foki Beach is a coved beach located 1.5 km from Fiskardo village on Kefalonia Island, surrounded by lush green coniferous, pine, and olive trees. Although the beach is not well-maintained, visitors can explore the natural caves and bays along the beach. It is a popular family spot famous for its beautiful white pebbled shoreline and shallow waters with low currents.
The word Foki in Greek means Seals. The beach is named after Mediterranean monk seals that used to visit the beach and its caves. Private yachts along the shoreline offer full-day tours. Walk down the main road by the tavern to reach the beach. The beach is accessible via cars or yachts.
