The best time to visit Lipa Noi Beach is from November to February. During these months, the average temperature is 23 degrees Celcius and the island experiences a pleasant climate perfect for outdoor activities. The hottest months on the island are March, April, and May when the average temperature is usually recorded at 34 degrees Celcius. From June to October, the island experiences heavy rainfall and thus is not an ideal time for visiting. It is wise to visit Lipa Noi Beach during cold months for a fun-filled outdoor experience.

Due to its remoteness, there are not many shops at Lipa Noi beach. It is highly recommended to carry certain essentials like beach chair, towel, sunscreen, etc.while traveling to the beach.

How To Reach Lipa Noi Beach

Located on the west coast of Koh Samui island, Lipa Noi Beach is well connected with the entire island. One can use private modes like hired taxis or rent a motorbike or car to travel to the beach. While convenient and time-saving, these transport options can be quite pricey. Alternatively, opt for public transport service such as the local-favorite Songthaew, an 8-10 seater passenger vehicle. It is the most affordable way to reach the Lipa Noi beach in Koh Samui. Aside from that, one can also rent a scooter taxi that operates all over the island town of Koh Samui.

If you are traveling from Surat Thani, take a bus and then a ferry to reach Lipa Noi Beach. The proximity of Lipa Noi Beach to the Lipa Noi Pier makes ferries a convenient option.
