As much a landscaped park as a beach, Pancur Hitam Beach is always packed, such is its popularity among both tourists and locals. On the beach is a recreational area where visitors can play games and sports like volleyball, as well as spots for camping and barbecuing. Local vendor shops sell coconut water and local delicacies like satays next to the beach. There also is a path leading from the beach to the highest point on the island of Labuan, Bukit Phon Batu. Hikers can enjoy beautiful views of the island of Labuan from the peak.
