A 5-minute boat ride from Labuan Jetty, the islet of Papan (Pulau Papan) is a great place to unwind, whether you’re out with friends or with family. The clear waters of the island make it an excellent spot for snorkelling and exploring the diverse reef life, while tourists often fly kites and build sandcastles on the sandy shores.
