First of all, I must recommend travelling on the Tube and/or the double decker bus. I would recommend taking the Thames cruise for a view across the two banks. Get off at The Tower of London for a Be (Read More)ef Eater's tour around the castle. My favourite attraction at London was, however, the British Museum! Evenings at Trafalgar Square are magical!

This is an amazing museum with some brilliant exhibits. The curation of the museum is simply outstanding, specially in the dinosaur and mammals section, where you get to see many recollected bones of (Read More) huge creatures. Great place to spend time on a rainy day, or after a walk in the Hyde Park.

Summer time in London, is probably the best time to visit. The weather is really nice with a bit of chilly winds in the evening on odd days. The mood of the people can be determined by the way they c (Read More)arry themselves and dress for the summer. Here, you can walk through history itself by visiting the various monuments, buildings and listening to stories from your guides about London's history. If history is not your cup of tea, then you can visit modern attractions like Madame Tussauds and the London Eye. The various parks around London are also popular sites to visit with Hyde Park being the biggest and most visited. In these parks you can come for picnics, strolls or to just to take a breather from the rush and it is worth every second you spend there. Be sure to at least book a stay for a week, to completely know London from the inside and out as this vast city has a to offer.

I visited Hyde Park in the month of July which is just the perfect time to visit as the weather is just pleasant and hundreds of beautiful flowers adorn the gardens. I went there with a friend but re (Read More)alized that the place would be perfect if one wants to spend some quality time with their lover or go on a picnic with the family. The beauty of this park cannot be described in words. I clicked some of my best photographs here. Kensington Gardens, which were once a part of Hyde Park is a place I felt I could spend a lifetime sitting in. The large number of swans and ducks swimming in the lake and walking around in the peaceful atmosphere, in front of the Kensington Palace is something you wouldn't want to miss out on!

London is a vast city with a different attraction on every corner. The city is littered with grand museums of all kinds and is culturally rich. At least a week of stay in London is required to cover (Read More)the main attractions. Oxford Street is the place to be for shopping in London. To reach and cover all these attractions taking tickets for the hop on hop off bus seems the most sensible. The bus has three different routes and is an extremely convenient form of transport. Aside from this the buses also come with an open top and commentary so you can enjoy the travel and learn more about each iconic place you pass.
