Located within the Angeles National Forest, the Buckhorn Falls stands at the end of the picturesque Burkhart Trail. This seasonal waterfall is best visited during rains as the tropical and desert greens and the Buckhorn Creek come to life. Surrounding the Buckhorn Falls is a well-manicured redwood forest and hiking trail lined with rare Californian wildflowers. This is a popular destination for horseback riding, mountain biking and walking dogs as well. Buckhorn Falls gives you a dramatic view of the sunset and LA skyline. Just next to the falls is a camping ground where you can stay and enjoy wildlife watching, bonfires and multi-cuisine food.
