Fokos Beach, Mykonos Overview
The Fokos beach is a combination of both wilderness and calm with its raw beauty. It is a secluded beach with crystal clear water and a long stretch of coarse sand, located 12 kilometres north of Mykonos. A great way to explore Fokos is on horseback. This horse-ride has 2 different programs, each lasting up to 2 to 3.5 hours. These rides start from Horseland Stables to Fokos Beach.
Fokos is a quiet getaway from the crowds of Mykonos’ south beaches and is perfect for adventurous beach goers. There is only one small tavern at Fokos Beach that serves delicious local cuisine. Sunbeds and umbrellas are not available on the beach. You can reach Fokos Beach by motorbike, car or taxi as there is no public transportation to this beach.
