Located on the eastern shore of Oneida Lake and at around 237 miles from central New York City, Sylvan beach amusement park offers Sandy beaches, many picnic areas & camping sites, fishing facilities and many more to its visitors, all within half a mile distance from the resort area.
For children along with a “KiddieLand”, there is a Carousel ( Carello's Carousel Arcade) and a zoo (Fort Rickey Children Discovery Zoo) at walking distance from the park. There are multiple hotels and cottages & cabins Rentals inside the resort area for lodging at an affordable price. Almost two dozen play rides & 1 dozen of fun games are available in the amusement park including many water rides and a very famous gaming arcade zone. There are many great places to eat and drink within and near the resort area offering drinks and many different kinds of cuisines, “Pancake House” is a must try. You can either buy a one time ticket for unlimited rides for $30($25 on Wednesdays) or a seasonal pass (for $90). Prior Reservations for birthday parties, reunion events, school functions & corporate parties can be done through their website.
